promptnexus.ai allows you to engineer prompts and create AI workflows that can be accessed through third-party API integrations. You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you create or upload to promptnexus.ai. By creating content, you grant NexusAI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Services.
Our Services may allow you to integrate and access services provided by third parties. NexusAI does not warrant or support third-party services, and you access them at your own risk.
You agree not to use the Services in any way that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

In no event shall NexusAI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NexusAI Labs Inc. is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
